Comment:
Ancylostoma ceylanicum anterior end of female. It can be differentiated from A. braziliense as the body is a little thicker (0.44 mm cf 0.31 mm) and it has a pair of small inner ventral teeth as well as a pair of large ventral teeth - ratio of teeth 1:7 (av 1:3.8 - 8.6) cf A.b. 1:10.1 - 12.4 (A. duodenale worms have 2 pairs of ventral teeth and a pair of accessory teeth).
